Purpose

Purpose

The overarching purpose of the Inclusive Alliance is to clinically integrate a diverse, innovative network of providers. In the changing health care landscape, the ability to work collectively will enable all members to continue to provide the highest quality of care, decrease administrative costs, and assist agencies prepare to transition to managed care.

Healthy Alliance IPA and Inclusive Alliance IPA Partner to Improve Community Health in Central New York

SYRACUSE and TROY, NY – February 4, 2021 –  Healthy Alliance IPA, daughter organization of Alliance for Better Health, and the Syracuse-based Inclusive Alliance IPA today announced a partnership to improve the overall health of the Central NY region. Through this partnership, the organizations will jointly assume care coordination efforts begun by the Central New York Care Collaborative (CNYCC) and manage CNYCC’s growing digital referral network.

 

Join

A Member must be approved by New York State to be a provider of services and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral health issues, other health related concerns, youth and/or substance abuse services, who meets the membership requirements, which shall include payment of a Member Fee, and who is approved for membership by the Directors. Inclusive Alliance has three classes of Members. Each class will be based on the annual amount of revenue received, which is reviewed on an annual basis. The Inclusive Alliance is accepting new members on a rolling basis.
