MESSAGE FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Inclusive Alliance is an IPA of community-based organizations of varying sizes and scopes of services.  We came together to better position ourselves in the rapidly changing healthcare landscape because we are stronger as an organized collective. Inclusive Alliance was incorporated in July 2017 and covers Cayuga, Cortland, Madison, Onondaga and Oswego Counties. The primary focus of the Inclusive Alliance is to prepare members for Managed Care and the transition to Value-Based Payment (VBP). The Inclusive Alliance is accepting new members from a variety of disciplines. Our diversity increases the influence and value of the Inclusive Alliance with potential contracting partners, such as other IPAs, hospitals and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs). Over the next year we will focus on improving quality, documenting the value of addressing social determinants of health, and identifying shared services that will benefit all members. We help member organizations comprehend how they articulate their value and succeed in this dynamic environment.


PURPOSE

The overarching purpose of the Inclusive Alliance is to clinically integrate a diverse, innovative network of providers. In the changing health care landscape, the ability to work collectively will enable all members to continue to provide the highest quality of care, decrease administrative costs, and assist agencies to prepare to transition to managed care.

  • Define quality improvement standards.
  • Coordinate and enhance advocacy efforts.
  • Increase administrative efficiencies.
