Care Coordination Organizations (CCO)

Effective July 1, 2018, the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) is changing the way services are coordinated for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental (I/DD) disabilities. Medicaid Service Coordination is becoming Health Home Care Management, a much more comprehensive service. This shift is a major transformation for I/DD providers. Health Home Care Management will be provided by a Care Coordination Organization (CCO).

Behavioral Health Care Collaborative (BHCC)

The Inclusive Alliance is working collaboratively with the Central New York Behavioral Health Care Collaborative (BHCC). We are among the organizing partners, which include Helio Health, Liberty Resources, and Upstate Cerebral Palsy. The BHCC is funded by the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) under the NYS Behavioral Health Value Based Payment (BH VBP) Readiness Program.
